1.    Property Ownership: All goods hired remain the property of Affordable Marquees, and the hirer is responsible for taking care of the goods during use.

2.    Goods Inspection: The customer must check the goods listed on the invoice upon delivery or pick-up.

3.    Damage Responsibility: The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage to goods from the time of pick-up or delivery until they are returned to the store.

4.    Payment: All hire jobs require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking and paid in full no fewer than 48hr before delivery or installed. If full payment is not received prior to 48hr of the event/job, you run the risk of the job not going ahead.

5.    Extra Charges (Multi Day): Prices quoted are for one-day hire only, and multi day hire extra fees need to be requested when quoting.

6.    Extra Charges (set up of event): Event set-up arrangements must be agreed upon before the bump-in day and time. Any changes or alterations to the set-up during the set-up of event that require additional unbudgeted labour hours from Affordable Marquee Staff will incur extra charges to the hirer.

7.    Liability: Affordable Marquees shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the hirer's handling or use of goods hired. In the event of loss or damaged assets owned by Affordable Marquees, you will be provided images of the damages, if you have not already collected them yourself, for your insurances claim. You will be provided a cost of replacement invoice to provide for your insurer.

8.    Staining Warning: Marquees stain easily, and certain items like crepe paper streamers and party poppers can cause irreparable damage. If marquees are stained hirer will be liable to replace damaged property.

9.    Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be fully paid no later than two days prior to installation. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

10. Delivery Terms: Delivery fees are based on distance and time from Gepps Cross, with additional charges for hard-to-reach locations. Customers must ensure easy access for delivery and clear the marquee area of obstacles.

11. Setting up Goods: Affordable Marquees staff can set out goods if prior arrangements are made, installation and breakdown charges apply.

12. Removal of Items: Items placed inside the marquees by the hirer must be removed prior to collection.

13. Credit Card Surcharge: a surcharge will apply for any credit card transactions
